Mechanical, welding, tubing, electrical and controls under one roof. We build to your cleanroom, material and documentation requirements.

Design and controls, in detail

Every machine is modeled in 3D CAD first, then fabricated, welded and wired in our Anaheim shop, programmed on Rockwell or AutomationDirect PLCs, and tested before it ships. We deliver, start up and commission our equipment at your site, and our equipment is built for use in classified cleanrooms and production facilities.

  • Since 2013 we’ve served bioprocessing, aerospace, space, semiconductor and petrochemical work.

Our team brings years of in-house R&D and production engineering from bioprocessing manufacturing: designing and building production machines, programming PLCs, HMIs, SCADA, VFDs and servo drives, and supporting cleanroom and production facility projects.

Qualifications on our team include ASME IX qualified orbital GTAW procedures, orbital welding training, compression tube fittings, high-pressure cone and thread, advanced tube bending, and process analyzer sampling systems.
