PLC, HMI and SCADA.
New programs, recovery of code nobody can open, controller upgrades and operator screens. Programmed by the same team that builds and wires the machine.
From one machine to a whole line.
Programming, troubleshooting and documentation for production equipment and process skids.
We write new PLC programs and HMI screens for machines and process systems we build, and for equipment already on your floor.
When nobody has the code, the password or the comments, we recover, back up and document what is running so your team can support it.
We also handle controller upgrades and migrations, SCADA integration, drives and servo setup, interlocks and alarms.

Questions we get.
Short answers. For anything specific to your line, start with a process audit.
Which PLC platforms do you program?
Rockwell Allen-Bradley: Studio 5000 and legacy RSLogix 5000, RSLogix 500 and RSLogix 5 for ControlLogix, CompactLogix, SLC 500, MicroLogix and PLC-5, plus FactoryTalk View and PanelView HMIs. AutomationDirect: DirectLOGIC, Do-more, Productivity, CLICK and C-more.
Can you work on old PLC-5, SLC 500 or PanelView Standard systems?
Yes. We back up and document legacy systems, keep them running, and migrate them to current ControlLogix, CompactLogix and PanelView Plus hardware when it is time.
Can you recover a PLC program with no backup or comments?
In many cases, yes. Recovering, backing up and commenting existing code is part of our Recover step. Where code cannot be recovered, we can rewrite it.
Do you build the HMI screens too?
Yes. We design operator screens with recipes, alarms and interlocks so the machine runs the same on every shift.
Do I get the program at the end?
Code backups and documentation are delivered on payment in full, licensed for operating and maintaining the equipment we supply.
Do you work on site?
Yes. We program and commission on site across Southern California, and test in our Anaheim shop when the equipment is built here.
