Custom machinery and skids.
Special-purpose machines and skid systems designed around your process in SOLIDWORKS, then fabricated, wired, programmed and commissioned on your floor.
One team from frame to firmware.
Mechanical, welding, electrical and controls in-house, so nothing gets lost between vendors.
We design custom machines and process skids in SOLIDWORKS: frames, tanks, pumps, tubing, enclosures and safety guarding, modeled as full assemblies.
We fabricate, weld, wire and program them in our Anaheim shop, test them before they ship, then deliver, start up and commission them on your floor. Anchoring, utility connections and building work are done by your licensed contractor; we coordinate with them.

Test stations, modeled first.
Every station is a full SOLIDWORKS assembly before metal is cut, so fit, access and service are solved on screen.
We design and build integrity and leak test stations for filters, housings and assemblies: pressure decay, pressure hold and flow testing with the results recorded.
Each station is modeled as a full assembly, frame, manifold, valves, instruments, enclosure and HMI, then fabricated, wired and programmed in our shop.
Stations ship with drawings, a test procedure and code backups, so your team can run, calibrate and maintain them.
- Integrity and leak test stations
- Pressure decay and hold testing
- Test manifolds and isolation valves
- Pressure transducers and data logging
- Operator HMI with pass and fail
- Test procedures and records
Questions we get.
Short answers. For anything specific to your line, start with a process audit.
Do you design and build?
Yes. We design in SOLIDWORKS and build, wire and program in our Anaheim shop.
Do you build to our drawings?
Yes, we can build to customer specifications and drawings, or design from your requirements.
Do you install on site?
We deliver, start up and commission the equipment we build across Southern California. Anchoring, utility connections and building work are done by your licensed contractor; we coordinate with them.
What do we get at handover?
Drawings, manuals, spare parts lists and code backups to operate and maintain the equipment, delivered on payment in full. Licensing details are in our Terms and Conditions.
