01Who we are
DR Machinery, 3148 E. La Palma Ave, Suite M, Anaheim, CA 92806 ("we", "us"). You can reach us at info@drmachinery.com or (657) 201-3994.
02What we collect
We collect the information you choose to send us through our forms (name, company, email, phone, the type of request, your message and, on our software waitlist form, details such as seat count and software version) or by email or phone. This website does not set cookies and does not use analytics, advertising or tracking tools. A password-protected preview page keeps a temporary item in your browser's session storage so you are not asked for the password again; it is cleared when you close the tab.
03Service providers
Form submissions are processed by Web3Forms, a third-party form service, which delivers them to our email. This website is hosted by Netlify, which keeps standard server logs (such as IP address, browser type and time of request) to operate and secure the site. Fonts are loaded from Google Fonts, which receives your IP address when the page loads. These providers handle data under their own privacy policies.
04How we use it
We use your information to respond to you, prepare quotes, provide our services and keep ordinary business records. We do not sell your personal information or share it for advertising.
05How long we keep it
We keep information only as long as needed for the purposes above and for our legal, tax and accounting obligations.
06Your choices
You can ask us to access, correct or delete the personal information you have sent us by emailing info@drmachinery.com. California residents may have additional rights under California law. We do not sell or share personal information, and we do not disclose personal information to third parties for their direct marketing purposes. We will not discriminate against you for asking about or exercising your privacy rights.
07Do Not Track
This website does not track visitors over time or across other websites, so it does not respond differently to Do Not Track signals.
08Children
This website is intended for businesses and is not directed to children. We do not knowingly collect information from children under 16.
09Changes
We may update this policy. The effective date below shows when it was last changed.
