We weld high-purity and process lines for skids, panels and machines in our Anaheim shop, with purge, coupons and bead inspection built into the job.
DR Machinery holds its own ASME Section IX qualified orbital welding procedures (automatic GTAW, 316L stainless tube), with test welds evaluated by an independent lab. For code work, our welding operators are qualified or re-qualified to those procedures before production welding starts, and the records come with the job.

Do you orbital weld on site?
We weld in our Anaheim shop. Welding into building or facility piping is work for a licensed contractor; we can fabricate the welded spools and assemblies in our shop for them to install.
