TUBINGBent, fitted and supported

Runs that look right and hold pressure.

For process, gas and instrument lines on the skids, panels and machines we build.

We precision bend stainless tube so runs need fewer fittings and fewer leak points: marked, measured and bent to angle with springback allowed.

We make up compression, high-pressure cone and thread, metal-gasket face seal and butt-weld micro fittings, and fit ball valves and other line components to manufacturer procedure.

Runs are supported on strut channel and tube clamps at the right span so fittings carry no stress, then leak tested before handover.

The team is manufacturer-trained in tube fitting make-up, high-pressure cone and thread fittings and advanced tube bending. Need welded joints? See orbital welding.

FAQCommon questions

Questions we get.

Short answers. For anything specific to your line, start with a process audit.

Why bend tube instead of using fittings?

Every fitting is a potential leak point. Bending reduces the number of joints, lowers pressure drop and gives cleaner runs.

Do you do high-pressure tubing?

Yes. We make up high-pressure cone and thread connections and fit the valves and components that go with them on the equipment we build.

Do you support and leak test the runs?

Yes. Runs are clamped to strut at proper spans and leak tested before handover.

Can you combine tubing with orbital welds?

Yes. The same team does orbital welding, so welded and fitted joints come from one crew.
